We are The Kitchen Space, a collective space of kitchens. Our first space is located at 3805 S Wilmington Street, Raleigh, NC.

Our goal is to provide spaces for communities of like minded food entrepreneurs and professionals, where we can problem solve, support, and grow together.

Whether you are trying to launch a new venture in the culinary space or scaling up an existing operation, we strive to create a global collective of diverse food businesses to supply the world one great meal at a time.

Our state-of-the-art facilities will serve caterers, culinary professionals, food trucks, and bakers with rooms ranging from 150 to 400 square feet.

The Kitchen Space at 3805 S Wilmington Street will include the following:

  • Private kitchens: 30 spaces ranging from $1200 to $2000 (based on size), 1 year leases available

    • Including prep sink, hand sink, refrigeration, freezer, prep table, and storage racks with access to shared cook room and dish room

  • Ghost kitchens: 2 spaces at $3000 and 1 space at $6000, 1 year leases available

    • Fully equipped including hand sink, dish sink, vent hood with range, refrigeration, freezer, prep table and racks; also includes access to open cook rook and dish room. 

The Kitchen Space will also offer:

  • 24/7 controlled building access 365 days of the year; each room will also have controlled access;

  • Full-time on-site staff;

  • Tasting room (with free first come, first served) to meet with your clients;

  • Access to bakery (for private and ghost kitchen leases)

  • Uber Eats and GrubHub designated pickup area;

  • Additional overflow walk in cooler storage rental; and

  • WiFi.
